Refund Policy

Loose pigments cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene purposes.

 

If it has been more than 9 days since your purchase, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange, in accordance with our policy. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.

In order to process your return, we need you to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from returning the item directly to us. Instead, please reach out to us via email before initiating the return process.

There are specific circumstances where we will not provide a refund, including:

- Any item that is returned after more than 9 days following the delivery date.

- A product that has been unsealed or opened

- Any item that is not in its original state, is broken, or is missing pieces due to reasons that are not a result of our mistake

- A product that shows clear indications of being used

- Products that were purchased during a sale or promotional period, and were marked as non-refundable or final sale

- Products that were lost or stolen after delivery, as the responsibility of the item's safety and security transfers to the customer upon delivery

Exchanges

We regret to inform you that we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. All sales are final. Please be sure to carefully review the product details before making a purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

After we receive and examine your returned item, we will email you to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you whether or not your refund has been approved.

If it is approved, the refund will be initiated and the credit will be automatically applied to your original mode of payment or credit card within a specific number of days.

In case you haven't received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to ensure you haven't missed the refund.
  2. Contact your credit card company to inquire about the status of the refund, as it may take some time to appear on your account.
  3. Get in touch with your bank as there might be some processing time before the refund is posted.
  4. If you have completed the above steps and haven't received your refund yet, please reach out to us at contact@karyshacosmetics.com for assistance.

To initiate the return or replacement of your product, please send an email to notify us and await further instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and unfortunately, these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the amount of the return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location. If you are returning an item worth over $50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
